Each letter of kindness is printed on high-quality paper, sealed in our signature silver envelope and posted directly to your door.
You will receive your letter within 5 to 7 working days of ordering.
This is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. There are no renewals or repeat charges, only a single meaningful delivery filled with calm and compassion.

Sending as a gift?

• You can send A Letter of Kindness to yourself or to someone else. It is often chosen as a thoughtful gift for someone going through a difficult time, or simply as a way to say, “you matter.”
• Gift letters include a small card inside the envelope explaining that it is part of The Human Letter Co, created to share calm, kindness and reflection through the post.
• By default, the card says the letter is a gift from humanity, sent as part of a wider idea to share thoughtful words from one human to another.
• If you prefer, you can include your first name on the card so the recipient knows it came from you. Just tick the gift option at checkout and enter the name you would like us to use.
• We never include billing details or prices, and we always keep the experience simple, warm and meaningful.
