2. Our Products and Services
The Human Letter Co provides one-off and subscription letters designed to bring connection, comfort and kindness.
Our letters are available in physical format and are written, printed and prepared to order.
3. Ordering
Orders can be placed directly through our website.
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance.
A contract is formed once payment has been successfully processed and we send a dispatch confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if there is an issue with payment, availability or any suspected misuse of our services.
4. Subscriptions
Subscription letters are billed automatically based on the plan you choose (monthly, three-month or six-month).
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at info@thehumanletter.co.uk.
Cancellations made before the next billing date will prevent further charges.
Any orders placed after the 3rd of the month will be included in the next month’s dispatch, so your first letter will arrive at the start of the following month.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store or have access to your card details.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect orders already placed.
6. Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.
Letters are posted via Royal Mail.
One-off orders are normally dispatched within three to five working days.
Subscription letters are dispatched together at the start of each month. Orders placed after the 3rd will receive their first letter in the following month’s delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal disruptions, incorrect addresses or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Refunds and Replacements
We want every customer to be happy with their order.
You are entitled to a refund or replacement if:
Your letter arrives damaged or misprinted
The wrong product is received
Your order fails to arrive after investigation with Royal Mail
Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Because our letters are printed to order, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind once production has started unless the item is faulty or not as described.
To request a replacement or refund, please email info@thehumanletter.co.uk with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images and design, is the property of The Human Letter Co unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Your Responsibilities
You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes.
You must not interfere with the security or proper functioning of the website or attempt to access systems or data without authorisation.
10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order will not exceed the total amount paid for that order.
